Matt Konrad

Matt Konrad brings more than 20 years of institutional commercial real estate experience and over $4 billion in transaction volume spanning multifamily, mixed-use, and office assets. He has held senior investment roles at Aimco (NYSE: AIV), Brandywine Realty Trust, and Akridge, with earlier experience in equity research at FBR Capital Markets. Having invested across multiple cycles, his background spans the full transaction lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting through closing and asset management — across acquisitions, dispositions, development capitalization, and joint venture partnerships.

Matt holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. He lives in Alexandria, Virginia with his wife, Meredith, and their three children.
